Update to our booking terms with immediate effect.
Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will now be charged a cancellation fee. This cancellation fee will be 50% of the value of the booked appointment. ‘No Shows’ will also be charged the same fee should you wish to book again.
Unfortunately we have seen a sharp increase in late cancellations and ‘no shows’ since our reopening in April 2021. This has had massive financial implications for us. As a small, independently owned business we are unable to continue to absorb these costs, particularly as our running costs have risen substantially due to Covid-19 restrictions in place.
You may also be asked to pay a booking fee for any appointment over an hour in duration. This fee will non-refundable should you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment.
