Booking Terms
We require a minimum 24 hours notice of any cancellations or amendments to bookings. Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged a cancellation fee. This fee will be 50% of the value of the booked appointment. “No Shows” will also be charged the same fee should you wish to book again. By booking your appointment, you are agreeing the our booking terms.

  1. Timings shown are approximate appointment durations and not necessarily specific treatment timings.
  2. Gift Vouchers – Gift vouchers can be purchased for a monetary value or for a treatment/s.  Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Duplicates cannot be issued for lost or stolen vouchers.
  3. Patch testing – a patch test is required at least 24 hours before appointment any tinting or lash lift treatment
  4. Opening hours – We reserve the right to alter opening hours without prior notice.
  5. Deposits – A deposit of 50% may be required for any treatment over an hour in duration or over £30 in value.
  6. Client information – We endeavour to run to schedule, your punctuality is also appreciated.
