Gift Vouchers – Gift vouchers can be purchased for a monetary value or for a treatment/s. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
Patch testing – a patch test is required at least 24 hours before appointment any tinting or lash lift treatment
Opening hours – We reserve the right to alter opening hours without prior notice.
Deposits – A deposit of 50% may be required for any treatment over an hour in duration or over £30 in value.
Loyalty scheme – we operate a loyalty card scheme at Skin Squared. Points are awarded per transaction for each £20 spent. Loyalty points cannot be replaced if a card is lost or stolen. Loyalty points cannot be redeemed against the purchase of products or with any other Skin Squared discount promotion.

Please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell or have any Covid-19 symptoms (including, but not limited to a
new continuous cough, a high temperature or loss of/change to your sense of smell or taste). If you need to rearrange your appointment please let us know by 9.30am on the day of your appointment by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or message our facebook page.
Arrive on time. We now have allocated parking in Market Square exclusively for Skin Squared clients. We do not have any
waiting area inside the salon. Please wait in your car or outside the salon until your appointment. Arrive alone. Please ensure you attend your appointment on your own and with as little belongings as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to permit accompanying children in the salon at this time. Please sanitise your hands on arrival. Client screening. We will be taking your temperature on arrival. You will be required to complete a Covid-19 questionnaire before your treatment can take place. Wear a mask. You will be required to wear a face covering in the salon, unless instructed otherwise by a member of staff. Please bring your own face covering, alternatively masks will be available to purchase for £1.
Please pay by card or contactless wherever possible. Please keep a safe distance from other clients at all times. If you are unable to wear a face covering for medical reasons, or you are ‘vulnerable’, please talk to a member of staff as we will do
our best to accommodate you outside of our regular opening hours.
Important salon changes
Strict cleaning procedures. We will be cleaning and disinfecting our work space thoroughly after every client. We will need to allow extra time in between each client for these extra measures. No magazines. To ensure our salon stays hygienic and clean, we are operating a no magazine or book policy. No food or drink. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refreshments. Washing our hands. We always wash hands in between each client and use anti-bacterial hand sanitiser to prevent cross
contamination. Symptoms. All staff temperatures will be taken on arrival to the salon. If we experience any symptoms, we will be in contact to reschedule your appointment immediately. Risk Assessment. We have fully reassessed the salon and our working practices to address potential risks relating to Covid-19 and we have implemented protocols to resolve any potential issues.

Whilst we navigate our way through the ‘new normal’ we have made the following temporary changes:
We will be suspending all discounts and loyalty schemes until further notice. This includes redemption and collection of loyalty stamps and other discounts.
We are unable to remove any product from your nails in the short term. This includes our own enhancements. Removal kits will be available to purchase from the salon. If you arrive at your appointment with product on your nails, we will not be able to carryout your service, but you will still be charged.
